A great Aligoté at a very affordable price. In the meantime let’s say that it is not only made with Aligoté grapes, but there are also a 5% Melon de Bourgogne and a 3% Pinot Beurot. Vieilles Vignes because the plants were planted in 1921 and 1945. About 2,500 bottles per harvest. Pineapple, apple, toasted hazelnuts and ginger, all surrounded by a slight nasal sensation of iodine. A soft and deep body, a slightly saline finish. A wine with great character.
