  Nose of overwhelming vanilla oak, yet some blackberry came through after several minutes with hints of licorice. Was expecting more than a thin to medium mouthfeel from this Barossa vineyard. Plain cherry flavors over a weak tannic structure on the palate. Problem free ordinary finish. Paired with medium rare rib eye steaks and baked potatoes. Might have improved with an hour of decanting.
