{screwcap, 12.3%} Pale straw, hint of grey (as opposed to green). Dumb, slightly steely nose, with faint citrus only. Palate is a different matter, with a mix of lime, lychee and a bit of talc. Quite intense in flavour, with medium acid, and a texture that becomes increasingly watery as it sits in the glass over time. Juicy on the palate, but never other than dry. I still think it's fundamentally an early drinker though.

Minerality, gentle ripe lime, touch of white flower (citrus blossom and honey suckle) on the nose. Very clean on the palate and very subtle. Tangy with v gentle sweetness and some greeness- lemon and lime tart, lime leaf. Don’t make the mistake of serving too cold. Straight out of the fridge, alcohol and tang. Second glass was much more expressive, after the bottle being left out of the fridge. Balanced and v drinkable. Lacking some punch.

3 Tasmanian Wineries; 1/14/2022-1/23/2022 (Tasmania): {screwcap, $33} Soft lime juice character. Restrained nose. Tangy sort of palate. The 9 g/l of RS adds weight rather than sweetness, which is still pretty well dry. Slightly candied lemon flavours. Light/medium weight, medium acidity. Medium finish. Good short-term wine.
