Pale copper color (the label says “white wine with maceration”—so, an orange wine.) Notes of peach, rhubarb and guava on a chalky, almost furry, mineral base. Good acidity and not sweet. Medium long finish. Note that the wine is actually Ribolla blended with Sauvignonasse (Friulano) rather than with Sauvignon Blanc (as implied by the CT naming.) Paired nicely with poached sable fish over sauteed onons and other veg. VGV.

Light copper color. Peach and some herbs on the nose. Pear and peach with some citrus notes and minerality on the palate. Medium acid, medium body, and a medium finish.

A little bit more funky. And maybe with some RS too. Dull on the palate as it were.
