Medium ruby, slight reduction on the first nose followed by dark berry fruits, black cherry, red cherry, earth, and Asian spices, stuffed with red fruit but taint on the attack, with layers of red and black fruits that seem to flatten out by the mid-palate, followed by earth, spice, strong minerality, strong acidity, and soft tannins, finish leads with chalky red fruit, plump acidity, black tea, earth, spice, and then lingering chalky/minerality that really takes this "lieu-dit" to a higher level
Note: a bit on the pricier side for non-premier cru Chambolle, but it more than holds its own

Soft and silky and lively. Yet lots of depth to it.
