  Initially popped and poured. 62 F. Medium ruby color starting to edge towards garnet. Pleasant inoffensive wine that seemed to have a bit more, so 1 hour decant and chilled down to 55 F. All notes are after the decant and chill. Nose gradually emerged with blackberry fruit, vanilla and earthy tobacco. Soft fading acidity, oak still present but well-integrated. Medium-to-full bodied. Tannins developed a lovely slightly velvety bite. No noticeable heat. Ripe cherry and blackberry fruit with notes of cedar, tobacco, leather and spice on the palate. Short finish with a slight grip. Drink now.

  WS purchase. PnP tonight and yes this holds up very well. Blackberry, blueberry, cinnamon, clove, vanilla and cocoa on nose. Well integrated tannins with med+ acidity and finish. Wonderful QPR. Will drink over next 3 days and update if changes

  The 2015 Viyuela Riserva Ribera Del Duero is drinking beautifully now. One of the best Tempranillos I've had, fruit, structure, oak come together like a song harmony in perfect pitch.
