Very enjoyable. A cut above the rest of the Bourgogne Blanc class in terms of complexity but you feel like they could have used a small % less new oak. Otherwise a very good value.

Baked pear, good sap, a bit of caramel as it warms; all rounded out by tangerine type lovely acidity. There’s a freshness here. Need to learn the back story here as this is no ordinary Bourgogne blanc.

Bourgogne drinking well above its station. Full flavoured, lemony acid holds it. Will drink well for 5 or so years.

Lemon, citrus, pineapple, butter, caramel and minerality. Sharp and bright. Roulot style with high acidity and austerity.
