  Appearance: deep violet, youthfully bright, medium+ staining, medium+ tearing, no sediment nor rim variation.
  
  Nose: clean, youthful, pronounced intensity, blackberry, black currant, blueberry, red plum, white pepper, black pepper, violet, anise, dusty earth, stemmy organic earth, smoke, worn leather.
  
  Palate: dry, medium acid, medium+ tannin, medium+ alcohol (13.5%), medium+ intensity, medium+ body, long finish, blackberry, blueberry, ripe black plum, white pepper, black pepper, violet, anise, dusty earth, stemmy organic earth, smoke, dark chocolate, worn leather.
