  Nose/Floral - more sweet notes (below)
  Sweet - brown sugar. Maple
  Nutty - light walnut?
  Spicy - this is where it shines. Low rye rye, but it’s all cinnamon, spearmint
  Earthy - black pepper
  Smoky - no
  Woody - kind of a brighter younger cedar. Not dark and funky. An inbetween phase as it’s not pine either. Nice, but does show youth
  Fruit - cherry and golden raisin
  Color - dark amber
  Palate - low proof makes it an easy drinker. all spice up front, fades to sweet
  Finish - hangs on for a persistent and please finish.
  Value - amazing. Off the charts good QPR
  Overall - blown away. One of my favorite picks recently, glad I bought a bunch. It’s my “just grab a pour of something” rye. Most “master distiller” picks suck. This doesn’t.
