  • Family Holidays; 7/28/2023-9/10/2023 (Alicante - España): By the glass. Another presentation of three bottles, two of them different single varietals and the last of mixture. We start with a 100% caiño bottle very fresh and intense in the mouth with that acidity that opens the nostrils and taste buds. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels and another 8 months in stainless steel tanks without egg fining.
Aromatically it is an herbaceous essence wine with balsamic notes of eucalyptus gum. Simple but effective. A lot of tension on the palate but little salinity. A correct bottle but without highlighting in excess.

  • Lightweighter ready for an all-nighter. Light ruby, translucent in the glass. Fragrant nose showcasing forest raspberries, touch of grape, red cherries, herbs, a bit of earth. Palate is light-bodied, yet slightly grippy and with substance, vivid acidity, energetic. Saline, dry and somewhat sour finish!
