Fantastic Chardonnay! Nice straw color, bright acidity with a medium almost creamy finish. Notes of apple, pear, lemon, a bit of minerality and even a touch of passion fruit. This is why I love Oregon Chardonnay. Would highly recommend

Seven course wine pairing - Canlis Seattle (Seattle, WA): Darker yellow. Nose is like a Gruner Veltliner. Menthol prunish? Heavier feel than the albarino before it. Taste is dry reisling like. Acidic. Paired with rye bread with butter. Good pairing. Can taste the alcohol. Very atypical chard for me - does not taste like a chard. Description from wine list: Lemon, quince, ripe pear, and toasted hazelnuts

A beautiful compliment to freshly caught razor clams! Nice acidity, still controlled with just a touch of oak showing to flesh it out just a bit.

Nice bright chard from Willamette. Good acidity and fruit. No real oak/butter perceived. Paired well with salmon.
