  Score on basic wine analysis but this packs an impressive QPR. Bought in Costa Rica at San Jose equivalent of Costco in magnum for $25. It is just what I want in Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. Rustic and brambly, rough black fruit and dirty notes. I went to buy more just because. Did not hold up all that well to second day though third and fourth days presented the wine at its best.
