Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • By the glass. 100% Verdejo bottle fermented in barrel with an aging of approximately 6 months in wood. In the style of the Limousin of the Marquis of Riscal but with the Lurton brothers leading the way. On the nose, veggie aromas of fennel and those floral scents of daisies are hidden by the intensity of the fruit, such as the unripe apricots and peaches.
On the palate it is a glycerol wine but with sufficient acidity, lengthening its persistence towards a bitter finish with well integrated alcohol. Typical in its peculiar style.
