  Popped the bottle and let it breathe for a couple of hours. Beautiful nose right off the bat. Tons of spiced vegetables, earth and smoked bacon. Palate was a combination of tomatoes and black cherry. Silky mouthfeel. Finish lasted a nice long time. Would purchase again.

On the palate there are lots of veggie flavors. A bit like drinking a sodium free V8. Flavor doesn't last terribly long, but the tannins are sticking with me for a couple of minutes. Would purchase again.
