Maturity with Respect to Ageing: This wine can be enjoyed now for its freshness and vibrancy but also has the potential to age gracefully for several more years, during which it may develop richer, more nuanced flavors.
Food and Wine Pairing: Excellent with seafood dishes such as grilled fish or scallops, as well as poultry and pork. Its acidity and complexity also make it a great match for creamy sauces and spicy dishes.

Tasted alongside two great Chenins from the Loire and Margaret River in the same price range, wasn't overly excited by how this delivered. Moderate lemon in the glass. Subtle, not overly pronounced aromas of pear, green apple, peach and some new oak aromas in the background. Very ordinary, very classic. Balanced, yes, but not overly complex. Doesn't excite me much.
