The 2020 Domaine Nicole Lamarche Echezeaux, though a young contender in the realm of viticulture, is an impressively precocious wine, ready to be savored after an unhurried eight hours of slow oxidation. An outstanding trajectory of maturation is discernible, promising an excellent future as it continues to evolve. The wine is a paragon of purity and transparency, offering a succulent taste that is both engaging and memorable. The ripe, fresh, and complex aromatics are a veritable cornucopia of summer delights, with an intoxicating blend of plums and berries whispering of sun-drenched orchards. Its deliciousness is not merely satisfactory, but an emphatic statement of indulgence. The balance is impeccable, a testament to the craftsmanship involved, with neither acidity nor tannins overwhelming the other.

From the Tank
Meaning not bottled, but put into sample bottles for the tasting... sorry for the late explanation...
Nose is Minty, eucalypt, showing a bit more oak, still not excessive ... less pinot fruit here, more dense and intense... "darker" in a way...
Papalet is very fresh and juicy, with elegance and freshness... great wine again, I prefer Malconsorts... tight game here :)))
