  A bright fresh nose a little grassy with ripe yet racy fruit. Midwieghted and stony with bright acidity that is beautifully matched with the fresh fruit and florals. This has abeaiutfiful mix of ripeness and fleshy grapefruit without any heaviness. Chiseled and focused yet not austere. I really like this and it is a fantastic value. 91

  this wine has incredible value! bright and fresh with that musky sauvignon blanc quality with good minerality and a tight seam of honey! so delicious

  Pfaltz Sauvignon Blanc. Very little Sauvignon Blanc from Germany ever makes it to our shores. Perhaps more should. This excellent value resembles Sancerre more than New Zealand. Good fruit and bracing acidity.
