Rich, elegant, and fragrant on the nose with complex aromas of ripe pear, apple, butter, mealy, and nut. On the rich, medium-full bodied, and creamy palate it has lovely aroma replays joined by wood spice flavours. It has fresh acidity and excellent length on the finish. Score: 91+ pts

Golden hue in the glass. Paired with seafood but I think it needs to be paired with a creamy or hard cheese or a roast chicken.
On the nose: orchard fruits, bruised apples, and a hint of nuttiness coming through - hazelnuts maybe?
On the palate: the oak shines through in a balanced way, lovely creaminess on the palate, green apples, unripe peaches, with a lovely spicy finish!
This is a fantastic wine and great to have side by side with the NOTL chardonnay to experience Bachelder's great expression of terroir. My bias leans towards the bench chardonnay.

creamy, ripe apples, bit of citrus zest, well integrated oak, slightly nutty. Ripe but really well balanced and well made.
