  My 3rd riesling... start to really like it!
  
  Bright clear yellow color, on the intense side.
  
  Light to medium body.
  
  High acidity... but as before - it does not feel sour... on the contrary, it feels as if it is a semi-dry wine. Love it.
  
  Mildly aromatic, but very nicely, petroleum first, then green grass, citrus flowers, jasmin flowers.
  
  Very crispy and also mineral.
  
  On the palate... really addicting: melon, pear, lemon, minerals, apricot, stone, petroleum, salt... and more.
  
  Long sweet sour ending... lovely🥂
