  This Pinot was highly recommended and I was told this Coast Grade received 94pts Wine Enthusiast. even if I had not known that, this wine is simply superb. I have been to this vineyard before next to Beaugaurd winery. Aromas of sage, earth and forest. Absolutely amazing California Pinot noir. Flavor profile has dark fruits, almost like mountain fruit, concentrated with elegant structure and lovely oak to balance it all out. One of my favorites and this producer is quickly climbing my list to the top. Might be spending more time in Santa Cruz due to this winery and a little less in Sonoma.
