  • been a long time since I had a St Innocent...I remembered why I like them so much. in a good drinking window but still on the youthful side. I think this can age long in proper conditions. Shows restrained strength while being subtle. Strawberries, flowers, spice, hint of tar...integrates more over time. like it.

  • Very crunchy red fruits, superb tannic but still really fun to taste. Cranberry, strawberry, raspberry and some tertiary notes. Age this if you want to smooth it out and i think you'll get a very nice treat! 5 years minimum

  • Tasted after 45 minutes of air. Medium / dark ruby color. Light floral on the nose. Still tight. Needs time. Strawberry fruit. Firm tannins. Tight as a nun's a$$ but good concentration. Pour me a glass. :) This is going to be another great one from Mark after a few years. Excellent crunch. Some spice and mid palate lift.

  • Intense nose of cherry cola and spice. Palate coating and concentrated with excellent length bodes well for future development.

  • Bought and drunk during Willamette trip. Dark purple/ruby color, very juicy dark fruits on the nose with a touch of heat. Very deep, intense flavors. On the palate this was thick, full bodied, with juicy blackberries and blueberries. Some spice and acidity bringing up the finish reminding me of baking spices and cayenne pepper. This is a heavy wine for Pinot. Hard to drink without food at this stage. With a big steak on a cold night in fall or winter, this is fantastic. On a hot day or without some sort of hardy food to accompany it, not the best choice. Very well made wine and should be interesting to try in another 5+ years.
