  Clear pale gold; clean medium plus nose of fresh lemon and salinity; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of popcorn kernels; long finish; drink now or in a few years; needs some time to open up - starts very buttery/carmelly and then becomes more elegant with some air; thinking about decanting our next bottle to help with the aeration

  Clear pale lemon; clean medium nose of caramel corn and lemon; dry; high acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of caramel and macadamia nuts; long finish; drink now or in a few years; wow - lots of bottle variation - completely different than our last bottle!

  Clear pale gold; clean medium nose of apricots, fresh lemon, slight brioche, yeast and minerality; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus alcohol; medium plus body; medium plus to pronounced flavour intensity; palate is tarter; long finish; drinking very well now; beautiful restrained effort that drinks like a fine Chablis
