Pale in glass, mid-Ruby. Nose - raspberry, sweet cherry. Palate - high acidity, raspberry, redcurrant, smoky chestnut, bit of oak, vegetal, forest floor. Decent, yet rather tart and a bit light overall. Best with food.

A bit bland compared to the 2017, not much going on in any dept, drinkable yes enjoyment no more than a supermarket offering, disappointing.

Pleasant, soft varietal pinot. Lacks ripeness and definition but still riper that the rhubarb-flavoured spatburgunders of yesteryear.

Red cherry, gentle oak and flowers. Light palate with good sweetness. Simple pleasure. 87-88

Cherried nose.
High acidity - not in a unpleasant way, and makes it good accompaniment to food.
Slight herbal finish.
