    Colour: light gold, bright, clear
    Nose: full, fresh yet v ripe, greengage, not overtly GV!
    Taste: light/med body, rounded, sl prickly on entry, greengages, lively fruit/acidity balance, long finish, dry, rounded, greengages.
    Overall, very much a food wine with a certain opulence but also striking acidity.
