Yum. Rich velvety, plummy, fruit with just a touch of iron and blood as well. Definitely on the Vosne side of Nuits but such a classy wine. A little changeable in the glass, just a hint of a more volatile side showing through at times. But superb and basically still very young.

Served during a timed blind tasting competition of the Confrerie des Chevaliers de tastevin. Drk garnet, brown hue. Nose a bit oxidized, rather harsh on the palate, fruit mostly gone. Weakest in this flight.
