  Day one (last night) I thought it was just okay. Tonight, wow, it's far better. Obviously it's young, but with enough air (until next year I'd open 24 hours in advance). Black fruit nose, tar, molasses, hockey puck and violet. Full mouthfeel, but instead of pepper on the finish it's some tannins that are not harsh, but persistent. This could go with a lot of food. If this were $25 I'd say back up the truck. I think it's $30 pre-tax. For a 2020, I'm pretty happy. I wasn't sure it would be a good year.
