Interesting amphora bottle shape, called Cœur de Grain. Made from Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah.
A bit more complex compared to most rosé from Provence, no surprise given the reputation and price of Ott wines. Creamy and fresh wine with melon, lavender, raspberry, and lots of minerals. Enjoyed it immensely on the hottest day of the year on the balcony.

Rose and sausages (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Candy floss, jubey, pretty, baked sweets with a very slight savoury underpin an a touch of meatiness. Medium plus intensity acidity, very slight tongue tugging rasp, red berry fruit, less obviously sweet fruited compared to the nose. Hmm.

Pale pink color, bright melon, white peach, and citrus. Very fresh, medium acidity but weak mid-palate. Paired it with Domaine Ott Château Romassan Bandol Rosé 2021. Much milder when compared against the Romassan. I preferred the Romassan over Mireille.

Popped and poured. This is quite a substantial rose. Medium to full bodied, showing real weight and concentration, light pink colored, this shows lots of citrus, with hints of tropical fruit and minerals coming through. Nicely balance but not quite there in terms of elegance
