Under the radar burgundy masterclass (Five Way Cellars, Paddington): AA touch of polished oak; caramel, over ripe black fruits, slight chalky mineral notes, touch of wood glue. Juicy, those oaky notes on the palate, fruit more red hued, plenty of okay tannic grip. Time will help this to settle down.
