    Tannin Level: M+
    Tannin Nature: ripe, chalky

Aroma & Flavor Characteristics: Blueberry, blackberry, black plum, espresso, tomato leaf, violet, fresh oregano, charred wood, vanilla, baking spice, ripe roasted Anaheim chile.
    Other Observations:
    Finish: M
Quality: Very good. The pleasant finish needs to be a little longer.
Aging: Suitable for aging. While the acid is medium, the tannin level is sufficient to preserve this wine as it ages. There is sufficient intensity and complexity to transition primary fruit to tertiary.
