By the glass. Wine 100% Malvasia fermented in barrel. 14.0 ABV. Aging five months in new French oak barrels. First single varietal Abel Mendoza wine made for the first time in 1992. On the nose fruity aromas (peach, pear, citrus and apple) and some floral aromas (jasmine, azalea flower and chamomile) form a quite precise and complex harmonic ensemble. Toasted, balsamic and sweet spice notes must be considered too. On the palate it is offered as a delicate wine, even fragile, of an extraordinary acidity, ductile texture and tasty permanence.
Por copas. Vino 100% Malvasía fermentado en barrica. 14.0% de volumen alcohólico. Envejecimiento de 5 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés. Primer monovarietal de Abel Mendoza elaboradopor primera vez en 1992. En nariz los aromas frutales (melocotón, pera, cítricos y manzana) y los florales (jazmín, azaleas y camomila) conforman un conjunto armónico bastante preciso y complejo. Hay que añadir notas tostadas, balsámicas y de especias dulces. Al paladar se ofrece con un vino delicado, frágil incluso, de una extraordinaria acidez, dúctil textura y sabrosa permanencia.
