Medium gold colour. Pronounced and developing nose with peach, white flowers, saffron, vanilla, charred wood and butter. Medium (+) taste of peach, nectarine, ripe yellow apples, baked lemon, vanilla, butter and charred wood. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Sanford & Benedict Chardonnay. Drink now or over the next five years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

Straw color. Nose with yellow apple and baked citrus, some spice notes revealing the oak. Good mouthfeel. Nice amout of oak. Good balance. Would like more acidity.

Tasted at The Wine Society UK's tasting of USA wines, London.
Medium gold colour. Lovely nose showing citrus, apple. The palate is full and rich, with just the right amount of oak. This wine needs both food and time in bottle. Keep a year or two.

deep yellow color... very aromatic wine with plenty of ripe chardonnay aromas... in the orange/peach arena of ripeness... some barrique influence, some malo notes. on the palate dry with high acids, moderate midpalate weight, some creaminess. balanced wine with good length, great intensity, good complexity. for a big NW chard it has lots of finesse. very much in the ABC style, lto fo NW pop and a very frim structure. compared to his other chards this is more on teh fleshy/approachable style.
