Refreshing! Grassy nose. Mid-weight, dry, with elevation and depth. Just a wonderful, mouth-filling, satisfying pour that glides down the gullet. Excellent with or without food. I'm grateful that L'Ecole No. 41 recognizes the value of this varietal (only one of three approved white wine varietals in Bordeaux) and crafted this rarely American made, but eminently worthwhile, white wine. Thank you! 82% Semillon. 18% Sauvignon Blanc.

Smells a touch like corn. Kinda richly oaky. And kinda not semillon at all.
