  • Nose/Floral - crazy floral, so aromatic
    Sweet - candy corn? Cherry.
    Nutty - walnut
Spicy - milder on that cinnamon I normally get in Turkey. Pink peppercorn?
Earthy - yeah. Anise and tobacco big time. Clove? Some herbs
Smoky - almost a light char flavor
Woody - lingering cedar about 30 seconds in. Starting to built
Fruit - closer to dusty Turkey, more reserved
    Color - dark amber
Palate - at first a touch reserved. Needs air? More dusty Turkey like, touch of cedar funk
Finish - takes a while to build, but once it does, delcious but doesn’t go on forever if I’m nitpicking.
Value - N/A sample swap with Adam
Overall - nose is incredible and really jumps out. Palate takes a while to really heat up. Does remind me more of reserved dusty Turkey notes. Interesting. Palate is good, but doesn’t quite live up to the otherworldly nose.
