  Colour between pale yellow and pale golden, smells of quince, grapefruit and a little bit of melon, light body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the mouth grapefruit and quince, first glass has a medium acidity, second glass has more acidity, now it’s a great and crisp acidity, in the aftertaste quince, grapefruit and a little bit of acidity, good length (15 sec), really great dry Kabinett Riesling.
