  Delicate but intense at the same time.
  The bouquet has a lot of red fruit, strawberries, mediterranean herbs and a touch of white pepper.
  The palate is rather cool and burgundian but with quite intense tannins. Excellent and elegant wine, I'm convinced it will age for quite some time (had the chance af a 4 Kilos vertical a year ago which proved this expectation).

  Cata Cegues #2: The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are medium. It smells like strawberry, cranberry, raspberry, cherry, mineral, stoniness, rose and light toast. The body is light/medium. The wine has linear texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

  Burgundian texture though clearly mediterranean, especially aromatically. Still primary, but drinking well. Should be better in 2 years' time as is usually the case with the 4 Kilos and Grimalt & Caballero bottlings. Drink 2024-2027.
  
  Retasted November 2023: Intensely aromatic on the nose, with loads of red berries, especially sweet strawberry, florals, and Mediterranean scrub. Silky texture, no seams or joints. Supremely elegant. Intense and long.
  
  If you prefer powerful wines, this is definitely not for you, but if you like your wine understated and graceful, you will be thrilled with this one.
