12.5% abv. Light straw, moderate aromatics. Orchard fruit, lemon zest, Brazil nuts and white pepper. Intense palate impression, deep and long. A lot going on, but very pleasing. Should continue to evolve well for several years to come. Very distinctive.

PnP and drunk over 3 days. Light gold. Herbal nose with some tropical fruit on the palate with much more fruit apparent than the Etna version. More approacheable at a young age as well. Quite lovely acidity balances the fruit where I also get pineapple and guava. Very nice though not cheap.

Color: medium canary yellow Nose: on opening key lime.pie, then mellows into lemon, fennel pollen, something i associate with wet rocks. After a long while, you get this fascinating dole canned pineapple meets dash clothes detergent note Palate: high acidity, medium body, medium alcohol. Confirms the nose, little bitter Finish: medium-long
Is this going to be their grand vin i wonder. It has a lot of depth, it's too young really right now, but it has a very strong personality and a fantastic affinity for food. Drink just cool with 2h of air right now

I liked this even more than the 17. Really does taste like Etna white!
