Crisp and fruity, softer, not austere. Not a bad choice for a cheapie. Suspect it is made of Chenin Blanc or similar as it appears to be from Loire Valley. For a couple more $$$ we much prefer the Gruet Blanc de Noirs from New Mexico (yes, unbelievable, but true).
