  • Did not prefer this wine on the first two days of exploring. I also didn’t know what I had purchased. I wanted an acidic semi fruit forward riesling an i got the acidity but felt the fruit had dissipated . With further inquiring I found it this is a very dry style of Riesling hence the lack of the fruit flavor I was looking for. Anyway the third day was when I took a liking to this wine. If you’re looking for a very dry Riesling look no further. Especially for the 2021 vintage

  • Drank over the course of 6 hours. Left cap off in regular refrigerator. I don’t know if my bottle is flawed but I feel like it isn’t. The acidity is there an so Are the minerals. there’s some structure but there isn’t much taste or flavor from the wine. The nose is somewhat mute an I’m not getting much if any fruit. Idk. But I don’t think I will buy this bottle again. Maybe I will try another wine in peters long line up but this I feel was a complete waste of my money. Well not complete waste. I do feel a slight amount of inebriation. Once again Unless this bottle was off. I’m not buying again I don’t even want to rate this. Don’t want to throw the score off is my bottle was bad

Decided to save 1/3 of the bottle for a second day. Maybe it might come around. Still mineral driven an the acidity is still there. There’s more balance to the wine. Nose is a bit more fruit forward than the day prior. I’m actually somewhat enjoying this wine now. It definitely needed some air.

  • Belo riesling de Mosel. O nariz é muito aromático, com fruta amarela, melão. Na boca, equilibradissimo entre o dulçor e a acidez

  • It is hard not to see the power of 21s. Excitingly classic nose of pear and peach. extremely long mid into a hint of exotic finish. already killer and will only get better with time.
