To me much more aromatic than the Koosah bottling. Albeit reductive aromas, the buttered popcorn and matchstick et al. Orchard fruits more so than citrus, although not pronounced. Wait awhile for the next one to open

Very pale yellow-gold with green tint. Mild toasted barrel, complex orchard fruits, citrus, mangosteen, lychee, white flowers, herbs, nuts, honeycomb, and limestone. Medium-full bodied, medium-high acidity, medium structure, medium-high alcohol and long finish. Complex, layered, elegant. A little rounder than Freedom Hill chardonnay.

Reduction, and a lot of it! I like my reduction a touch more mellow, probably wait at least a couple more years before opening another 2021. An exciting wine
