  N. Aged Champagne, very sexy. Brioche, Apple cake, spices ( like in Christmas cookies „Spekulatius“ and „Nuss-Schnecke“), antique wood made furniture, dry attic (wooden beams), nuances of yeast and butter
  
  T. Good acidity (little bit on the high side), nice spine, lemon peel, hints of dryed orange, good finish with a hint of cognac notes (even as this wine has no dosage), brioche again…
  
  Wonderful wine with a nice price/quality ratio

  Ein helles Goldgelb mit leichtem Kupferschimmer. Geriebener Apfel, kleine rote Beeren, ein Hauch von Holz und champagnerhafte Hefetöne. Im Mund eröffnet das Mousseux mit kräftiger Dynamik. Lebendige Säure, guter Extrakt, komplexe Abgangsaromen. Sehr stilvoll.
