  • By the glass. I love how marketing seeks to fish in the geekiest audience of this wine world with a concept like "Cold Vintages". Acid vineyard aged for 12 months in 225 and 500 litre French oak barrels and also in concrete tanks.
    On the nose is a wine intensely shy and lacking in development, as restricted. On the palate it shows a sharp, unpleasant acidity which causes an imbalance with the rest of the elements. Dry and tannic finish.
    From my modest point of view, a bottle of this winery that likes to squeeze new concepts to the limit. Totally out of my league.

    Por copas. Me encanta como el marketing busca pescar en el público más friki de este mundillo con un concepto como el de "Añadas Frías". Viura ácida envejecida durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés de 225 y 500 litros y también en depósitos de hormigón.
    En nariz es un vino intensamente tímido y falto de desarrollo, como restringido. En boca muestra una punzante, desagradable incluso, acidez lo que ocasiona un desequilibrio con el resto de elementos. Final seco y tánico.
    Desde mi modesto punto de vista, una botella propia de esta bodega a la cual le gusta exprimir nuevos conceptos al límite. Totalmente fuera de mi interés.
