  Only got brief notes for this, shared with several people, but it was a really lovely Chablis, somewhat standout in presence and richness. Immediately perfumed with various orchard fruits, especially fuji apple, lemon bars, and touches of rich honeycomb. A bit primary, but not shy at all. I agree with the previous commenter that the nose was the best part. That said, the palate had beautiful, surprising acidity for what feels like a "big" Chablis, with some cool mineral accents here and there, and it's also fun to try a fruity, full chard without any oak influence. Sometimes young Chablis can feel so reticent- I loved the excitement here, and that experience is in line with my previous time trying Gautheron (their 2019 base Chablis.)

  What amazing aromas this bottle had! intense, yet so delicate. Scents of lemon, flint, and citrus fruits But unfortunately, I didn't feel this bottle carried over to the palate very well. It was quite dull. Lemon, smoke, and slight hints of spice It is clean cut, which I assume comes from the 12 months in stainless steel. But I felt this bottle was quite lackluster overall.

  기본 샤블리와는 확실히 다른 산미와 부드러운 향.
  이 집 기본급 샤블리의 다소 밋밋함에 가지고 있던 편견을 날려버린 좋은 선택이었다
