  30 månader på jästen. 7 g dosage.
  Medel gyllene. Medel gardiner (12,5 procent).
  Päron, gula äpplen, sötaktig brioche och mandelblom (typ mandel och blommor). Sval kritighet.
  Hög syra och tydliga men finkorniga tanniner. Det drar ordentligt i gommen.
  Enkel smak av citrus och relativt kort eftersmak. Börja betydligt bättre än det slutar. Dock aptitretande.

  (Disgorged in 2021, base year 2018 without reserves, 100% Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, dosage 7 gr/L)
  Light yellow colour with a greenish hue and showing a youthful nose with chalk, lime and minerals in a very nice and pleasant way. Chalk and lemon acidity on the youthful palate combined with a lovely creaminess on the mid before showing candied lemon citrus on the pleasant finish.
  (Probably best with 3-9 years extra cellaring)
