First encounter with wines from Ribeira Sacra and definitely a place I will be looking for more often. Cherry, raspberry, smoke, graphite, blood orange, cassis. Very good acidity and structure on the palate. I did get a bit more dark after some air and I did prefer straight away. Beautiful wine.

I don’t like this. The wood shows, some astringency of the tannins and green in a bad way with a displeasing finish. Sink bound.

开瓶即饮,淡宝石红,闻香有樱桃和蔓越莓的果香,碾碎的红果气息,桂皮香料夹杂着些许草本植物和草药气息,香气有些脂粉气,还能捕捉到若隐若现的野肉味,入口酸度高,单宁紧涩,酒液咸,矿物感清晰,新鲜红果和草莓糖的香气,带着一些泥土气息,还有一丝糯米的味道,微氧化的特征,余味是红果和酸枣的余味,同样能感受到脂粉气。这时候的酒体很轻盈。醒酒半小时到一个小时,酒的表现更加开放,氧化特征不再明显,奶油草莓,月季花,花香和草本气息的混合再加上甜香料味,带来突出的脂粉香气,野性的肉味是一个特别的亮点,入口单宁有些糊嘴,细沙纸颗粒,果梗的影响变得明显,轻微的腌菜味,红果为主的香气以外是草本植物的气息加上微苦和辛辣感,后段香气和口感有些缺乏持续,喉间有酒精感,余味很细腻,胭脂香料的味道。风格鲜明的一款酒,展现出门西亚不同于其他葡萄品种的特点,这是一款严肃的酒,现在还没有进入适饮期,紧涩的单宁和缺乏集中度的酒体也许需要更多的时间变得平衡。
