  I don’t like this. The wood shows, some astringency of the tannins and green in a bad way with a displeasing finish. Sink bound.

  First encounter with wines from Ribeira Sacra and definitely a place I will be looking for more often.
  Cherry, raspberry, smoke, graphite, blood orange, cassis. Very good acidity and structure on the palate.
  I did get a bit more dark after some air and I did prefer straight away.
  Beautiful wine.

  Bright ruby red. Strawberry and red raspberry nose with some secondary earth notes. Tart cherry flavors. Had at the Slope Room in Vail.

  开瓶即饮，淡宝石红，闻香有樱桃和蔓越莓的果香，碾碎的红果气息，桂皮香料夹杂着些许草本植物和草药气息，香气有些脂粉气，还能捕捉到若隐若现的野肉味，入口酸度高，单宁紧涩，酒液咸，矿物感清晰，新鲜红果和草莓糖的香气，带着一些泥土气息，还有一丝糯米的味道，微氧化的特征，余味是红果和酸枣的余味，同样能感受到脂粉气。这时候的酒体很轻盈。醒酒半小时到一个小时，酒的表现更加开放，氧化特征不再明显，奶油草莓，月季花，花香和草本气息的混合再加上甜香料味，带来突出的脂粉香气，野性的肉味是一个特别的亮点，入口单宁有些糊嘴，细沙纸颗粒，果梗的影响变得明显，轻微的腌菜味，红果为主的香气以外是草本植物的气息加上微苦和辛辣感，后段香气和口感有些缺乏持续，喉间有酒精感，余味很细腻，胭脂香料的味道。风格鲜明的一款酒，展现出门西亚不同于其他葡萄品种的特点，这是一款严肃的酒，现在还没有进入适饮期，紧涩的单宁和缺乏集中度的酒体也许需要更多的时间变得平衡。
