  I don't drink a lot of Bandol blanc, so I wasn't sure what to expect from this wine, but I loved it. Surprisingly savory with notes of lemon zest, dried herbs (sage, thyme, tarragon), apricot, and nectarine. This was quite weighty and evolved quite a bit over 90 minutes with air. I'd be interested to follow this wine as it aged, though I don't know if it would actually get that much better with time. It's pretty great now, so why bother waiting?
