  Needed a sparkling from Monterey County for a dinner and ended up with this. 70% Pinot Blanc, 15% Muscat Blanc, 15% Riesling. Not even sure it's supposed to age this long. Let's see...
  
  Cotton candy, bubble gum, honeysuckle, over ripe peach, over ripe melon and nuts on the nose. Flavors consistent with the aromas for the most part.
  
  Extra dry with a pretty good medium + mousse, medium body, medium acid. Overall simple; but better than you'd think given the label.
