  Quickie drink at Wimborne.
  Apearance is clear, medium intensity, ruby colour. Long legs.
  Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of deep red cherries, dried red plum, licorice, spice, fig and very light raisin. Developing
  On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, high alcohol (16%! though doesn't feel like it), very smooth high tannin, full body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavourful sweet red plums, red cherries, nice spices, licorice. Long finish.
  Very good quality. Such an elegant young Amarone despite the alcohol. No jamminess at all.

  Made from a classic blend with 59% Corvina, 21% Corvinone and 20% Rondinella. Aged for 2 years in small and 2 years in big barrels. Medium ruby colour. Medium intensity aroma of cherries, ripe and jammy raspberries, dried cranberries, vanilla, figs, hint of cinnamon. Full body, powerful with high abv, flavours of dried and spiced red fruits, medium- acidity, medium+ fine tannins, medium finish.

  Een diep granataatrood schittert uitnodigend in het glas, in de neus lokt de amarone met vruchtenmarmelade, zoete specerijen, een vleug vanille en pure chocola. In de mond steelt hij de show met geweldige structuur, fluwelig mondgevoel en veel complexiteit: tonen van morellen tot aan rozijnen en zwemen van karamel, vanillenuancen, zijdezachte tannines en een aanhoudende finish.
