Bright medium straw-gold in the glass. Nose of melon, white flowers, and stone fruit. Light-to-medium bodied, medium acidity, palate of gentle peach, mineral, and talc. Short aftertaste.
This is a simple, quaffable Italian white that is nice on the deck or with light appetizers or mild seafood. (Actually, garlic shrimp would pair wonderfully.) Enjoy it for what it is. Drink now or maybe for another year.

a: medium gold, clear n: stone fruit, slight floral, not such a pronounced nose p: slightly oily mouth feel - maybe phenolic; medium+ acidity; stone fruits, going to a more tart fruit, maybe gooseberry; slightly bitter on the finish

Simple pecorino, The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like stoniness, lime and peach. It tastes like lime, white flowers/floral, melon, peach and stoniness. The body is medium. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.

Paired with Amatriciana (I was advised to try this) and it worked!
Nice medium-heavy white. Light citrus, some grassy character. Enjoyed it and would buy again at $12. Nice change from Pinot Grigio.
