  consistent with prior notes. Very aromatic, earthy, complex, tropical guava, papaya, pomelo, rose, saffron lemongrass? Simultaneous touches of sweet and tart with medium body, long saline slightly bitter tannic finish like an orange wine. Sealed with a pop top. Feels like it is at peak drinking window.

  Definitely not your run of the mill rosé. But what else would you expect from Fabio Gea? Attractive bold pinot-like funk, but tropical, on the nose like no other rosé I’ve tasted. Minimal frizzante emerged on a this warm day as it gradually warmed from fridge temperature. Strawberry, tropical grapefruit blood orange or cara cara, coconut and honey mid palate with a pronounced long saline finish. Took a few sips to acclimate to the style, then addictive. Ready to fight a shark. Leans natural wine in style.
