  My first entry into the world of Chinese wine did surprise.
  
  Cabernet Sauvignon 95(%) with the balance made up with Merlot made in a New World interpretation of Bordeaux. Dense, concentrated with malo and wood imparting a rich velvet tevture. The soft almost off-dry attack leads to blackberry, blueberry jam, tobacco and milk chocolate flavors and a long sweet finish. Firm tannins, medium(+) alcohol @13.8% abv, and full body.
  Given this profile an RP score of 90 is no surprise.
  With grilled ribeye steak.
